Concert Series Red Sofa

The Rotterdam Concert Hall de Doelen has invited me to host their

innovative concert series Red Sofa for the 2008/2009 concert season:

Concerts featuring today’s best art music and musicians:

sit back, relax, enjoy and enrich yourself with contemporary music

in Rotterdam’s Doelen Concert hall. Four sub series will be presented

around composers Steve Reich and James MacMillan as well as

featuring the ensemble-in-residence of the Doelen and their guests.

I will host the participants in after concert talks as

they join me for musical couch potato moments on the Red Sofa.

Each concert is preceded by an introductory presentation (starting at 19.30);
my Red Sofa chat will begin at 22.15.
